Our canvases are always delivered stretched and ready-made. You only need to hang and enjoy them ! :-)
Stretching canvas prints is a precise work that must be done professionally. If this is not done correctly and with the necessary care, you will irrevocably encounter problems. The photo on canvas will loosen if not stretched tight enough or the canvas can get warped if it is too tight.
Our canvas prints are all stretched with specially developed stretching-machines. These fully automatic machines stretch the canvas very accurately and with the perfect tension. Only this way the fabric will remain in perfect condition for a very long time.
We believe in our quality and therefor we offer a lifetime guarantee! This means that if the canvas shows any unevenness within this time we will immediately repair this for you. We want to make sure you can always enjoy a fantastic product and your most precious photo on canvas on your wall!
Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick and well packaged. I'm so pleased with my gallery wall. What a different and interesting way to display family photos. So quick and easy to install too. Brilliant idea!
Very happy with the quality of the Shapes prints (we got the largest square - 10 in total). The colours are vibrant and images sharp. We didn't have to wait too long for them either - about a week. They were easy to fix on to the wall and would definitely come back to order more in future.
My order failed to arrive through no fault of Custom. They sent out another order for me without delay and without any quibbles. I've now received it and I am very happy with the pictures.
I've used Custtom many times and my experience has always been positive. Easy and efficient ordering process, great quality and value, plus quick delivery. 5 stars!
This was our second order and we are equally elighted with it. Several of our family members really like our hexagon tiles and are thinking of ordering some themselves.
I'm living the dream here at Custtom! I spend my days in full-on chill mode, go on lovely long walks during breaks, and my colleagues often toss me a ball. Not bad, right? Life's good! I like everyone, but I've got a special soft spot for customers like you. I reckon you and I could be mates. Fancy swapping email addresses so my humans can send you the odd newsletter?
Our emails are packed with brilliant offers, handy tips, exciting new stuff and now and then even a FREE product. I'll also keep you posted on my adventures as the company pup. Got a question or something on your mind? Let me know and I'll make sure my team gets back to you straight away. And if they don't… I'll give them a gentle nip on the ankle. Just a little one. 🥰👍🏻
Cheers, Tom! 🐾
