We work together with large number of photographers, artists, designers and other professionals. As soon as we get the chance, we try to interview them. We ask them about their experiences with us, our products, their preferences, favorite materials, etc. But we also ask them, from their professional opinion, for tips and advice as they are the experts. Many of them started with a single canvas print order but have grown into highly valued customers that we are very proud of.
Everyone can use a good tip once in a while. You can find the best ones here!
Basic tips on photography, tips on how to order our products, advice on our websites and apps to edit your photos, great tips on how to maintain your products so that you can keep enjoying them. In short, tips that really help you!
Some of our products deserve more explanation than others. For example about placing them on your wall, how ordering works, the ordering options but also the differences in materials. You can find explanations about the most diverse issues here. Is your question or explanation not included? Do not hesitate to contact us. We will always support you anyway we can.
The experiences of our customers, that's what it's all about! These experiences tell the most about our company, our service and our products. Sometimes they go further than just a review of, for example, a photo on canvas or HD Metal print. We often receive very special and notable reviews that we would love to share with you!
Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick and well packaged. I'm so pleased with my gallery wall. What a different and interesting way to display family photos. So quick and easy to install too. Brilliant idea!
Very happy with the quality of the Shapes prints (we got the largest square - 10 in total). The colours are vibrant and images sharp. We didn't have to wait too long for them either - about a week. They were easy to fix on to the wall and would definitely come back to order more in future.
My order failed to arrive through no fault of Custom. They sent out another order for me without delay and without any quibbles. I've now received it and I am very happy with the pictures.
I've used Custtom many times and my experience has always been positive. Easy and efficient ordering process, great quality and value, plus quick delivery. 5 stars!
This was our second order and we are equally elighted with it. Several of our family members really like our hexagon tiles and are thinking of ordering some themselves.
I'm living the dream here at Custtom! I spend my days in full-on chill mode, go on lovely long walks during breaks, and my colleagues often toss me a ball. Not bad, right? Life's good! I like everyone, but I've got a special soft spot for customers like you. I reckon you and I could be mates. Fancy swapping email addresses so my humans can send you the odd newsletter?
Our emails are packed with brilliant offers, handy tips, exciting new stuff and now and then even a FREE product. I'll also keep you posted on my adventures as the company pup. Got a question or something on your mind? Let me know and I'll make sure my team gets back to you straight away. And if they don't… I'll give them a gentle nip on the ankle. Just a little one. 🥰👍🏻
Cheers, Tom! 🐾
