Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered a product which wasn’t what I expected (my fault completely) and a replacement was arranged, despatched and received in time to be given as a gift. The 2 products I ordered were great quality and I’m really pleased with them.

Design team reached out when my picture would be pixelated. Have me tips on how to get a better resolution photo. I was so happy with how everything turned out. Even the hanging party was made away with the hanging hook and nails that is included. Amazing and professional. Highly recommend.

I’ve recently received my third order from Cusstom, and am still very pleased with the pictures received. They are easy to order, the process takes you through step by step, and it arrived about 10 days after it was placed. The quality of the photo reproduction is excellent. I will say that you need to be careful that the shape and size of frame chosen will fit your photo and edit carefully - I had one where a head was missing, but that was my fault! Attaching the magnets and pictures is dead easy too, just measure up and stick on. I also like the way it’s easy to interchange the photos if you want to change the look of your walls.
